Privacy Notice
- We collect only what you type into our forms, plus a record of your agreement to our Demo Terms.
- We use it to give you demo access, send your Zoom link, prove what you agreed to, and, only if you opt in, send updates.
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.
- The demo dashboard runs in your browser on fictional data. It doesn't send client data to us.
Who we are
This notice is from MMMmc, LLC (Ringgold, Catoosa County, Georgia), owner of the Brooks Band therapist dashboard, and Sensory Bridges, LLC (Chattanooga, Tennessee), its licensee, which runs the live demos and pilot ("we," "us"). Contact: Megan.Cales@sensorybridges.com.
What we collect and why

What we don't collect
We don't ask for, and you should not enter, client, patient, student or health information. The demo dashboard reads its fictional sample workbook in your browser; actions you take inside the dashboard stay on your device and are not sent to us. We don't use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
Cookies
When you're granted demo access we set one essential cookie, bb_demo, that keeps you signed in to the demo for 24 hours. It isn't used for advertising or tracking across sites.
Where it's stored and who processes it
Information is stored in the United States using Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database. Our email service delivers your Zoom link. Zoom hosts the live sessions under its own privacy policy. These providers process information on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up and access information while you're engaged with us and for up to three years after your last contact. We keep records of your agreement to the Demo Terms for as long as needed to show what was agreed, and for at least the duration of the confidentiality obligations in those Terms.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to Megan.Cales@sensorybridges.com. We may keep a record of your agreement to the Demo Terms where we need it to protect our legal rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor them as required.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and limited collection to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
This site and the demo are for adult professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new version date.
