From "it was a fine week" to the record, in their words.
Tap any row to see why it matters in session.
The pain it removes
Reconstructing the week from memory, after hours, from a client who says "it was fine." Notes, minutes and evidence assembled for you, with every line sourced.
The motivation it serves
Knowing your treatment is working, and being able to show it. Client words, measured patterns and your judgment, kept clearly apart.
The client stays the narrator
Clients tap or speak "I want you to know," log good moments, and answer "did you get what you needed?" Skipping is always allowed.
Your time, back
One click builds a session-ready SOAP draft with exact numbers, quotes and timestamps. You edit, you sign.
Try the therapist view.
This is the real dashboard running on a fictional client, R-204. Click through the tabs, switch the billing path, log a few minutes, then press Generate report.
Five steps from their day to your note.
The band and phone capture numbers and the client's own words. Nothing is interpreted until you look.
Band captures
Voice level against the client's own baseline, plus a private cue only they feel. No audio, no words recorded.
Client speaks
Spoken check-ins, "I want you to know" taps, homework ratings, and scales completed in the app.
Apps connect
With consent: sleep, steps, calendar event types. Every scope opt-in, timestamped, revocable.
Engine organizes
Personal baselines, gap flags, qualifying-day counts and patterns, each labeled by how strong the evidence is.
You review + sign
Dashboard, insights and a SOAP draft. You decide, you edit, you sign. Only for work you actually did.
Documentation for work you already do.
What's billable is your qualifying professional work, never the hours a band is worn. Pick your path.
Coverage, eligible practitioner, authorization and payer rules are confirmed by your practice before any claim. Brooks Band drafts; the clinician reviews and signs.
Move the sliders.
Illustrative. Prep time saved is capacity, not automatically billable time.
Your client's data stays on your device.
The therapist view is a file you keep. It reads each client's workbook in your browser, with no server and no uploads.
π Local-first
One workbook per client, saved on your computer. The dashboard reads and writes it locally. Nothing is sent to Sensory Bridges.
βοΈ Consent per scope
Clients choose what to share (voice numbers, check-in text, sleep, calendar types) and can revoke any of it from their phone.
ποΈ No audio kept
The band turns sound into a few numbers a second. No recordings, no transcripts of conversations.
π·οΈ Every line labeled
Client-reported, directly measured, clinician-logged, or a pattern to ask about. Never presented as a diagnosis.

Before you join
Do my clients need special hardware?
The pilot uses the Brooks Band and a phone app. The demo shows exactly what the client wears and sees, and what you see.
Where is client data stored?
On your device. Each client has a workbook you keep; the therapist view reads and writes it in your browser without uploading it.
Does it write my notes for me?
It drafts. Every line is labeled by source and the parts that need your judgment are left in brackets. You edit and sign.
Which billing codes does it support?
It organizes evidence for CBT remote therapeutic monitoring (98975, 98978/98986, 98979/98980/+98981), assessments like 96127, and ABA services (97151, 97155, 97156), with a review log ready for 97180 when it starts in 2027. Your practice confirms payer rules.
What does the pilot cost?
Pilot terms are shared in the live demo, so you can ask questions in real time.
Can't make either time?
Choose "Either or both" and we'll send both links, or email Megan.Cales@sensorybridges.com.
